The COVID-19 pandemic broke out and the global logistics industry suffered severe losses; therefore, Fuzzy FMEA-AHP (Fuzzy Failure Mode Effects Analysis-Analytic Hierarchy Process) method is proposed to analyze failure reasons of system in pandemic.
